As a franchisee, I sometimes felt disconnected from the franchisor.  I admit that consciously, and sometimes unknowingly, I contributed to the disconnection and misalignment. At times, I felt like a ping pong ball bouncing between communication from corporate and negative perceptions of certain franchisees who lost trust in the organization. 

After tripling my revenue and selling my franchise, I became a franchisor business coach in a different industry. In that role, I witnessed and experienced the same thing! I was sad to see franchisees who lost trust in the organization's mission and I became frustrated when I couldn’t connect with them to help. I felt helpless. 

Having previously been a relationship therapist for 10-years, I realized there needs to be a third-party to strengthen the relationship so franchisors and franchisees can feel trust and experience a shared meaning together. 

For over 20-years, I've provided Therapy, Business Coaching, and Consulting services. Combining this experience with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Doctorate in Business Psychology, I created an integrated approach uniquely catered to every organization.
